The following procedures are how we will handle the club member tournaments for 2024

1.  Yearly Membership Dues $40.00 per angler

     Supply your selected Team info with names, home addresses, phone numbers and             email addresses.

     This must be received by the second tournament fished or by May 11th to become a  Club member. Any new member signing up after this date will be subject to further fees.

2.  Copy of your 2024 boat insurance and signed club waiver

3.  Tournament entry fee is $100.00 per team, includes big bass

Tournament entry fee needs to be received by Ken Linder by Wednesday at 6pm prior  to the tournament date. Anyone that pays late will go to the end of the line for take off  and have to pay an additional $10 fee. If prepaid and you are unable to fish the event, let Ken know prior to this the dead line and he will roll the entry fee to the next tournament fished. If past this time, or another tournament isn't available, you may risk forfeiting said entry fee.

Tournament procedure-
1. Check in with Ken on arrival of the tournament and he will draw for boat take off position.
3.  Once you arrive at the launch site Jason Shire or James Cook will do live well checks then you can launch your boat and wait for takeoff.
4.  We are only allowed a maximum of 4 people in weigh in line at a time.
5.  Once the weigh in is complete Ken will announce the winners and checks will be issued, mailed out, or sent via Venmo.

Payouts-

5 fish, 14” minimum length limit (per boat)

We will be paying out for the largest stringers and be paying out 1st thru 4th places

The big bass payout will be for the largest bass caught in the tournament by an individual angler

A $50 cash prize will go to the last boat out for those that have preregistered. If you miss the Wednesday by 6pm prior to the day of the tournament deadline ,you will be last boat out, but not qualify for the prize.

Last boat out will be calling off the competitors boats in order.

 Must be present to win.

 BENTON BASS ANGLER WAIVER

By signing the below waiver, I hereby waive and release all contestants, sponsors, tournament organizers, or anyone participating in this event from any or all claims for injury and/or damage incurred in any way during this

tournament or any other club function. I also pledge that the boat to be used in this tournament is covered by A $300,000 liability insurance policy. In signing this document, I also hereby waive our legal venue, and I hereby waive and release all other contestants, sponsors, and tournament officials from all claims for injury and/or damages incurred in connection with this tournament and agree to all their rules and decisions.
